The owners renovated the property with all of the expected modern conveniences without comprising a truly Tuscan style with vintage objects and cozy furnishings.
The kitchen features all the modern amenities guests require for delicious dining experiences with a Tuscan flair. A large wooden dining table seats 12 adjacent to an immense wooden archway and glass door that leads to an expansive patio with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. A spiral staircase winds its way romantically up to a mezzanine overlooking the dining area.
The home is nothing shy of cozy and inviting with a large lounge area offering comfortable sofas and seating, a well-stocked library, hifi for listening to music, a tv with DVD player, and a fireplace. There is direct access from the living room to a kitchenette that is ideal for preparing tea and small bites.
Bedrooms
There are two master bedrooms on the first floor that are joined by an elegant lounge housing unique armchairs and exclusive access to a small terrace with a spectacular view. One of the master bedrooms has a super king-sized bed measuring 2 meters by 2 meters for extra comfort and en suite bathrooms, one of which features a large round tub and a double shower. The other master has a queen-sized bed. There is a third bedroom on the first floor that sleeps two guests.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. The blue double bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed that can conveniently be separated into two twins if desired. It offers a charming yellow/orange en-suite bath with double shower heads. A second double bedroom in soft pastel tones has an ancient iron bed and an antique armoire that was once used as a shop window. This is the only bedroom that is not en suite but it has an external bathroom in the hallway. The shared-access bathroom has a jetted tub with hydromassage.
Of the six bedrooms, three bedrooms can be comprised of two twin beds- perfect for friends or children to share.
