Located near the town of Tremezzo and across the lake from the most vibrant town on the lake, Bellagio, Villa Perla has seven modern bedrooms, six of which have spacious en suite bathrooms. There is a large living room featuring a large bay window area overlooking Lake Como which is perfect to view the evening sunsets, a great hall for entertaining, two dining rooms (casual and formal), a professional kitchen, family room and a comfortable library with an extensive range of books and international magazines. The interior of the villa is completed in Italian marble, stone and silk with intricate mosaic and tile work. The villa has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar refurbishment led by designers from a well-known Milan fashion house. It is absolute luxury on Lake Como that can be enjoyed comfortably by families and a perfect venue for weddings and private events.
Outdoors, Villa Perla has a private parkland with rare and unique plants and infinity pool with stunning lake view. Private yoga sessions can be arranged in the garden. The villa also features a separate private spa with jacuzzi and fully equipped climate-controlled gym housed in a separate building that is easily accessed from the villa.
The villa has its own private boat dock and helipad on the grounds and chauffeur/boat captain service is included. A chef and housekeeping are also provided. Most requests can be accommodated by the onsite staff. Milan and Lugano airports are accessible in 15-20 minutes by helicopter. Driving distance from Milan Malpensa airport is about an hour and a half away.
