Villa Gloria is situated in the heart of the Chianti area making it a perfect base to explore Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
The villa is composed of 7 finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. From numerous windows inside the villa, you can admire the picturesque Tuscan landscape, made up of green hills dotted with olive trees, thriving vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees.
Villa Gloria is part of the 1,000 year-old hamlet of Palazzuolo and is surrounded by a park full of olive trees, roses and Mediterranean herbs. The owners undertook a meticulous and detailed restoration, with the goal of retaining as many of the original architectural elements. They have succeeded in recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble family home.
Surrounding the villa in the gardens are lovely furnished seating areas, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area, and swimming pool with surrounding stone deck. If you want to venture out, there are many interesting country roads to explore and breathtaking vistas to admire by bike, motorbikes or scooters which can be rented nearby. If tennis is your passion, a clay court, at a private villa adjacent to the villa is available for your use.
As an added feature, there is an outdoor theatre made from hundred-year-old wood located in the villa’s garden. Every week, there are different events held for guests to enjoy such as a concert or an opera, followed by a buffet dinner.
In the cellar there is also a cozy massage table.

NOTE: On request and only together with the rental of the Villa, there is a guest cottage that is available for additional guests. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people.
