Villa Cina is located in downtown Porto Rotondo and shows an eclectic flair in its irregular shape and decor. It affords a beautiful sea-view and a small sandy cove is indeed a short walk away as it is the lively and vibrant city center. The property has a fresh and young look although it is conceived with the typical Costa Smeralda design highlighting the outdoor living.
Entering the villa through an electronic gate, you get access to the private car parking. Eleven steps up lead you to the main veranda and entrance window door, that gives direct access to the living room, fully furnished with wall sofas, white pillows, wide Plasma TV. Three steps up, there is the dining area, equipped with a square shaped glass table and 6 wrought – iron chairs. On this floor, there is a powder room.
Up a flight of 14 steps up from the dining area, there is the master bedroom, with wardrobe, satellite TV, A/C, coffee/tea maker and a small fridge, two private terraces, ideal as solarium, one equipped with sofas and a table. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hand shower.
The main kitchen is located on the ground floor, next to the dining area, it is fully equipped with four stoves, oven, microwave, Italian Coffee maker, ham slicer. From here you have access to the patio, furnished with a wooden table and eight seats, ideal for ‘al fresco’ breakfast and meals, and pizza oven.
On the right hand side of the patio there is the independent access to the night area with a Japanese style double bedroom opening onto a big veranda and en-suite bathroom with shower. A twin bedroom, with wardrobe, mezzanine floor with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This is a connecting bedroom with a queen size double bedroom, with wardrobe and window and bathroom with shower, that has the main entrance from a corridor from the dining area.
From the kitchen patio, through a short walk there is a very large, round-shaped covered area ideal for barbecues and large parties as it is furnished with a dining area with rectangular – shaped table with 10 seats, wall sofas and TV. A large and fully equipped kitchen and pizza oven.
Two steps down there is another night area with 2 further double bedrooms. One double queen size bedroom, with fitted wardrobe, A/C, opening onto a patio with a white square-shaped table with 8 seats. The second one is a twin bedroom sharing the same veranda. Both bedrooms have a sharing bathroom Victorian style with bathtub/hand shower.
A guest house is located on the left far end of the property, with direct access from the main veranda and with independent access door to the kitchen from the outdoor garden. It is an apartment composed of a living room furnished with Tai – sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a table with six seats, fridge and freezer, four stoves and an electric oven. One queen size double bedroom, wardrobe, plasma satellite TV, with direct access to the main veranda and one bathroom with a hand shower.
This villa is conveniently located 5 minutes by car (400 meters) from the shopping area, 15 minutes walking from the beach and sea and 15 from Olbia airport
