Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor, guests will be entranced with the massive and multiple living areas with fireplace and wood beam ceilings, LCD flat panel televisions, large kitchen with island and all the expected appointments, a separate service entrance, two half baths, a library, and a laundry room to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

The ground floor is also home to one en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, a sitting area, and large bathroom offering a shower and tub. Another en suite bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower.

First Floor

The first floor is laid out with three separate sleeping and living quarters. One master en suite bedroom has a king-size bed, large sitting area with chairs and table, and a large bathroom with shower and tub. A second suite also offers expansive space with double bed, multiple sitting areas, and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The third bedroom has two single beds and a very large en suite bathroom with shower and tub. All bedrooms have LCD flat-screen TVs.

Pool Lodge

Across the lawn from the main villa, guests will be enamored with the pool lodge that makes an afternoon at the private pool all the sweeter. A kitchenette is ready for snacks and beverages and a shower room offers the perfect spot to rinse off before or after taking a dip. The pool lodge has a patio with an outdoor seating area and private garden.

Grounds

The grounds at Villa Biondi are inviting and thoughtfully equipped for the traveler who enjoys serenity and peace in gorgeous surroundings. The private heated infinity pool is complemented by a fully outfitted pool lodge. A spacious pergola-shaded patio is a great spot to read a book or sip a glass of wine. The extensive private gardens are nothing short of beautiful and are dotted with comfortable modern outdoor furnishings. Dine al fresco at the dining table outside while taking in the stunning views over the Tuscan valley.
