Fully immersed on a golf course, this large country villa has been restored to its former glory, offering an amazing open plan living area with fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. Ground Floor

Upon entering the villa, impressive vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors and a large open space impress. The main entrance opens onto a cozy lounge with TV and a double arched hallway that leads to a living area with a massive fireplace and a large dining room that comfortably accommodates 12 people. The spacious kitchen with a center island and a two-door refrigerator, is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to make you feel right at home. There is also a guest bathroom and an en suite bedroom with queen-sized bed.

First Floor
A massive stone staircase leads to the first floor which opens onto a spacious living room with a fireplace. A glass door leads to a balcony connected to the garden by an external staircase. Four King en suite bedrooms that can be separated into twin beds are equipped with luxurious rain showers. One of the bathrooms with a bathtub has a beautiful view of the golf course. All rooms have parquet floors and wooden beamed ceilings.

The villa is ideally located in the heart of Tuscany with Volterra, Siena, Florence and Pisa all in an hour drive away making exploration of these must-see towns very convenient. The property is located on the grounds of a four and five-star hotel that offer four different dining venues including inside a castle in a borgo with a stunning panoramic view of the Tuscan hills. Cooking classes, hikes, vineyard visits and wine tastings can also be arranged on the premises.

The property also boasts the largest golf course in Tuscany with over 9,400 meters of fairways bordered by groves and olive trees, forming the perfect setting for your swing. The 27-hole layout is now divided into two spectacular courses including an 18 hole course and a 9 hole course that cater to the most expert players and offer an enjoyable experience to passionate beginners.
