Located just outside the castle walls, and an easy stroll to the Belmond Castello di Casole amenities, these structures date back to the 18th century.
In Casale Sant’ Antonio, guests find furnishings from the leading houses of Italy—including richly detailed interiors, traditional kitchens and bathrooms decorated with a contemporary flair. This three-bedroom unit offers breathtaking views of the estate’s most scenic vineyard, as well as distant views of Casole d’Elsa and Mensano.
A large pool is shared between Casale Sant’Antonio with other villas and each villa has its own private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining.
History
The estate’s rich history dates back to the end of the 10th century, when it was built and christened Querceto Manor. Querceto Manor often hosted the political exiles of nearby Siena until it fell into decline starting in the 15th century. Timbers Resorts acquired the estate in 2005 and immediately began a significant and authentic restoration of all of the buildings, including the historic estate. The restoration has made use of traditional construction methods and authentic materials found on the estate and throughout the region, while spaces were updated with modern conveniences and luxuries. Here you can enjoy privacy on this 4,200-acre estate with amenities of the resort.
