Casa Floris is an Italian-design apartment, completely custom made that welcomes travelers with the comforts of a boutique hotel but at the same time, the freedom of a private home. Most of the furniture pieces are made by artisans that still operate in Venice and the Veneto region.
Casa Floris is designed to make guests feel home in the center of Venice steps away from San Marco’s square. Each room includes a dedicated reading area and a SPA with hammam. The wide restroom space is thought of as a small private garden, a relaxing greenhouse.
The apartment offers numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable. A pastry chef can prepare your in-house breakfast, A perfect way to pamper yourself and to start living the day with energy in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. A surprise menu cooked by one of the chefs who can prepare a “traditional” or “vegetarian” menu, consisting of 4 courses exclusively accompanied by excellent local wines.

With the chef’s help you will transform the colors and aromas of the top quality products you purchased together in the morning, into a lunch you can comfortably enjoy at Casa Floris.
If you like wine or are interested in learning more, Venice and the Veneto region are one of the oldest wine producing areas in the world. In fact, wine is all around the city. Venice has dedicated many of the names of its streets, bridges, campi and canals to wine and the art of tasting: Riva del Vin, Calle de la Malvasia, San Francesco della Vigna, Ponte de la Vecia Malvasia, Rio del Vin. Even today, on the islands of the lagoon, tireless guardians of the ancient vines produce excellent quality bottles, which fully express the uniqueness of this “terroir”. A Venetian professional sommelier will take you on a tasting journey of remarkable wines produced from grapes of indigenous varieties, which are among the least known. Local wines will be accompanied by extraordinary local food.
