Casa Titian has a prime location on the Grand Canal and only three minutes by foot to San Marco’s Square. The apartment is housed inside of a typical Venetian palazzo that has been lived in by the same family for the last 200 years.
Situated on the 3rd floor (4th floor by American standards) with an elevator, the apartment overlooks a quiet square. The interiors a decorated in a classic style with a modern twist. There is an attic loft that has pouf chairs that are perfect for leisure or game time. You will be spolied with a larger shared terrace and also a private rooftop terrace with seating. The rooftop overlooks Venice’s top historical sites including Punta della Dogana, San Giorgio Maggiore and Giudecca.
Casa Titian is a spacious apartment with a generous living and dining room and an open kitchen. The dining room has a large table that can seat six. The master bedroom with a king bed has an en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom can also be converted into a double bed for two. It shares a bathroom with the single bedroom.
