Casa Bellini has a prime location on the Grand Canal and only three minutes by foot to San Marco’s Square. The apartment is housed inside of a typical Venetian palazzo that has been lived in by the same family for the last 200 years.
Situated on the 3rd floor (4th floor by American standards) with an elevator, you can soak up Venetian life from your window as you watch the passing gondolas and water taxis from the living room and master bedroom. Always a spectacular pastime, the apartment has a treasured position during Carnivale and local festivities like the Rendentore fireworks, the historical regatta and the feast day of the Madonna della Salute which are celebrated right on the Grand Canal.
Casa Bellini looks onto the Grand Canal, with far reaching views over the lagoon. The living room and master bedroom have incomparable views over Venice’s spectacular sites including Santa Maria delle Salute and the Dogana museum.
