Casa Garibaldi is a peaceful oasis in the center of Rome, in the heart Trastevere, one of Rome’s oldest and vibrant neighborhood. The owner is an artist and has transformed her home studio into an artist studio where you can admire her works, which will contribute to make your stay unique and unforgettable. You can also purchase her hand painted silk paintings and fashion accessories.
The decor exudes simplicity, but is complemented by bohemian details, designed by the artist following a recent restoration of the entire building. One of the walls is decorated with original prints from 1800 and handmade watercolors representing costumes from around the world. The bed covers are hand-made colored silks and the headboards are the artist’s original works. If you appreciate art, you will love the unique decor.
Every morning you will have the pleasure to savor your delicious breakfast in the relaxing dining room and if weather permits, in an enchanting shaded patio garden full of wonderful aromas from the plants and flowers.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: The master ensuite bedroom is on the first floor with a large, private terrace. The bed is King-sized, but it can be turned into two twin beds. You can enjoy your daily breakfast on the terrace and in the evenings, you can gaze at the sunset and enjoy the view of elegant old Roman houses with exquisite terraces and internal gardens.
Bedroom 2: This en suite bedroom with a King-sized bed that can be divided into two twin beds. It is located on the ground floor with access to the patio garden. It is painted it with warm hues of ochre and copper to create a sense of well-being.
